so - how high can i reach? can i reach up to a V50 firm? i think the basic problem is that alot of biglaw firms have a strict academic floor w/r/t new attys and laterals... |

Outsource to India all but the most important things he has to do himself, he can basically make money for doing nothing since strict ABA regulations still require an American lawyer. That's called ARBITRAGE my counselor friend.
Plus there are a load of other benefits to having his own firm like writing off pracitically everything. There is no question if has this kind of business, he would make far more on his own. |
