He means that women are unable to even recognize or comprehend when they objectively are wrong, and, as a result, do not admit they were wrong.

He does not mean that women, having recognized or comprehended that they are objectively wrong, then refuse to admit they are wrong -- in a manner that is essentially a knowing lie.

The former is definitely a feminine trait.

The latter is more of a masculine trait -- mostly because women never even realize they are actually wrong in the first place, so the question of whether to "admit" it or not never even comes up as its own, isolated, issue. Women effectively lack the ability to differentiate between their emotions and objective reality.
