Over 5 years ago I was accused of defamation of an individual. I told someone a few things about this individual I believed were grounded in fact. The other party then made these comments in a public forum. I was never sued or anything like that. The individual wrote a few postings online about me that show up in a google search.
Does Cal google search applicants? What could happen in a situation like this? I have no other history and great references. |

if they did find out about it and wanted to call you on it, fine. but they are not going to think you were evasive simply for not disclosing this. you were never sued. there is no record of this incident other than what some jerkoff wrote about you in a public forum. who gives a fuck. |
