Why didn't the Bitcoin inventor ever cash out?

To be fair,
Either the creator has been dead for awhile, or it was indeed literally a product of the Deep State.
Those are the only two possibilities that make any sense.
(In b4 (((Consuela))) rushes in here to assure us all that only a "total retard" would possible believe that the former is a possibility, trust me I know these things etc.)

I can think of three possibilities off the top of my head:
1) He's dead.
2) He lost his keys for whatever reason.
3) If he were to sell, that would signal to the market that he doesn't believe in his own creation, which could cause the market to collapse. Sort of like when insiders at a company start selling their shares.

To be fair,
3 isn't really legitimate, because he could easily sell a few BTC here and there every so often and make some nice change from doing it and no one would freak out.
The mystery is why massive amounts have sat totally untouched in wallets for 15+ years now with absolutely no movement whatsoever.
