Its a shame that these parents, old af, bereft, are approaching death without having yet seen Wendi in cuffs.
The Tally SAO needs to get its head out its ass and make an arrest already. Circumstantial case, may win may lose. But enough for probable cause to arrest.
Donna's trial, btw, has now been continued from June, with no new date set. |

- Wendi and kids moved to TLS AUSTIN TX, so the law probably doesnt apply
- Wendi made a point of starting grandparent visitation so she could deny at the various trials she alienated the kids, tho who knows if she keeps it up outside of trial season
- if there is some visitation happening, 1000% a mediator is preventing W and the markels from ever being in the same vicinity
final post script: kids must be about 14 and 13 now. i partly suspect the SAO has withheld arresting wendi until the kids reach age of maturity, perhaps even at grandparents request. those kids have tough enough road, and moving into 1000 year old jewish grandparents home in canada, while mom goes to murder trial for dead dad, or foster care, would finalize them |
