B. In practice groups that haven't relied on staff associates in the past.
C. Much more widely used.
I know one firm in particular that is converting associates in fairly large numbers right now from partnership track to non partnership track staff associate positions. They are not being given a choice. Take this job or leave the firm. Everyone I know who's been offered has taken the job. |
