I.e., you ask for research into a specific, somewhat nuanced topic, and it instead answers a different, more general, and easier-to-research question, almost always with complete disregard to what your litigation position/POV is (lot of “your case is irrecoverably doomed, sorry”-type answers). |

My experience with AI is it essentially mirrors the person using it. If you’re a nutjob then it’s going to double down and turn you into an even insaner version of a nutjob.
