Moreso, I don't think it was reasonable to believe that USC should have caught this. They have so many players, and the Bush family knew they had to hide this so its likely the paper trail was nonexistent. |

It suggests both that the university should know that it's going to be under stricter NCAA university and also that the culture and history of the program is not one of rigid rules following.

They're the defending national champion and aren't having anyone questioning their title despite being dirty (and Saban being dirty himself).
