And, yes, I do have a very social/outgoing personality, remember people from the firm at the receptions I attended (and mention their names), research the cases my itnerviewer has done, and ask pointed questions. So, that does have something to do with it, I'd say, compared to the top 10%er that does none of that. I need to make up for it somehow. |
