Today the court shitcanned ZZZ's case against my friend for lack of jurisdiction. And when my friend mentioned that ZZZ/EJ had also filed a case in Key West against another RT enemy (me) that was shitcanned for lack of jurisdiction, the backwater judge issued an order saying that EJ/ZZZ can't file any more cases in Florida other than in her courtroom. She apparently wants to keep a close eye on all of their future bitchboi activities. |

Often, they're precluded from filing lawsuits in any FL court unless they're filed through counsel. To deny a represented plaintiff his right to petition the courts is unprecedented.
If the judge really felt that strongly, the appropriate course of action would be a judicial bar grievance against ZZZ. Instead, she entered a state-wide injunction barring the plaintiff from filing *any* action. At least, that's my understanding from what I've read ITT (the actual order hasn't been posted). |
