Date: May 10th, 2024 11:06 PM Author: domesticated mahogany dragon really hate this. the government is stealing my opportunity to allocate my money with no guarantee that i'm not going to take offsetting losses later. what is the justification? i'll owe what i owe at the end of the year and i'll pay it or get fucked. why do they need it early and why am i paying taxes on an estimate when i'll know the exact number on jan 1?
if i take that money and make more money, the government makes more money. if they take that money and i make more money, they could have made more money. if i take the money and i make less money, i still owe them the same amount - my annual income tax. if they take the money and i make less money, they owe me a refund.
obviously they shouldn't take the money. |
