When's it ok to lie on a resume?

But let's say you want to apply for a job. You KNOW you can do what the job requires. You fulfill all the reqs for the job... except for the required amount of experience. Anybody ever thought about lying about something like that? Like making up a reference, putting a false biz on your resume, or some shit like that? |

Would not advise to pass these along in a resume. |
