Prior to starting LS in August, try to obtain the July BARBRI materials for a pittance. Use the BARBRI stuff for CIVPRO, etc. in your outlines as the BLL and pwn your colleagues.

how much work is it to get the E and E from the law library and read the 8 page chapter on whatever topic.

Date: September 28th, 2010 1:07 PM Author: emerald corner not really a good idea. law school exams test your ability in part to analyze & wrestle with various issues (majority / minority distinctions, old / new, and some policy). the bar is not like that at all - there is one rule, and you need to apply it exactly.
there are much better 1L supplements out there. i've posted this list before, but:
