Incidentally this is also one of the reasons why on average, conservatives are much better able to accurately describe the viewpoints that liberals have than vice versa (Google it); they're more likely to take the time to listen to what Joe The Fat Angry Militant Atheist has to say before they conclude that they disagree with it than Joe is to stop ranting about how Jesus is a terrible lie for a second and actually listen to what Bob The Devout Evangelical Christian thinks about [X issue].
