Well I'm openly opposed to plastic surgery unless it's necessary. And I think plastic surgeons are basically profiting off of women's low self-esteems etc. But my sister is an adult, and if she's willing to undergo something this drastic, I think she's at a point of no return. Ain't no use trying to talk sense to these people. And I did strongly suggest that she consider more conservative options, but she's made her decision. Only thing I can do as a sister is to support her 100% because the surgery has been scheduled.
