If you go to an affluent suburb where women put effort into their appearance, you see lots of feminine MILFs.
A lot of women though eschew the effort in favor of ease and comfort. So they gain weight, stop doing their makeup, wear comfortable clothing that hides their bodies, chop off their hair so it's easy to take care of, etc. |

If you like the natural look, she needs to start with some breast tissue, the more the better. Stick with silicone as they look and feel more natural. Also go with mod or mod+ implants as opposed to high profile which give a faker look. |
