need help: people with medical knowledge

You need to see a doctor, it can be a lot of things, including colorectal cancer. Don't panic, just get to a doctor.

Im young and pretty healthy and fit
i think i've had it in the past and it went away
im hoping its just a case of hemmorids internal, the only thing is in the past when i've had it was usually irritating and bit painful
