So what can you actually use, thats not completely antisocial? Here are the 180 options.

Theatre room. This is huge. Get a projector and some super comfortable seating for watching movies.

Game room. If you are into video games (or your kods are), have a big screen tv, consoles, actual racing rig (with cage and steering wheel).

Garage. Huge if you are into cars. Build a noce setup with a loft and tools so you can do your own maintenance. Your friends and neighbors will love you and you can host car maintenance days on a sunny afternnoon drinking beers and working on your cars/motorcycles/bicycles. This is a huge QOL improvement as you dont have to worry about taking time off work to get your oil changed or tires rotated. Also kids love it.

Fuck the pool. Incredibly tough to maintain and barely used, and in many areas will spike your property tax/insurance costs. Swim at the gym, unless of course you are a competitive swimmer. The best part of a pool is relaxing with hot girls in bikinis and sorry but your wife dont count.

Music/DJ room if youre into that. It can be 180 mixing your own beats using real equipment.

Gangbang room with mirrors everywhere, if youre into that.

Smoking room for cigars and card games with your boys. Wallpaper everything (including ceiling) so you can get rid of the smell when you need to sell.

Armory. Place to store your guns, ammo, hunting gear. Take a load off and spend a few hours cleaning and disassembling your weapons while listening to chill music.

Workstation room. Have a place where you can build models, work on electronic projects like building a robot or building R/C airplanes or cars or model boats and shit.
