I was always more interested in taking down the factory that I believe caused the cancer cluster in my neighborhood (two of my good friends had Hodgkin's, my sister's best friend died of leukemia, etc). One of the reasons I was motivated to attend law school in the first place. |

Date: January 9th, 2018 4:02 PM Author: Snowy Theater Stage At the time, the radiotherapy was nothing. I so looked forward to it compared to the chemo treatments. Longterm it screwed up my bone strength and musculature in my leg. And now I have really bad swelling and almost zero range of motion in my calf/ankle/lower left leg. I have to wear medical grade compression stockings to get any relief and I usually lie on my back for a good hour in the evenings with my leg propped up against a wall to help drain the leg.
Chemo was hell, especially since they didn't have the antiemetics they do now. It was a complete wipeout and nonstop vomiting for days after chemo treatments, with the doxorubicin (Adriamycin) by far being the worst of the drugs (also had Cytoxin, Vincristine, Actinomycin D, and a some others). |

Also, I mean I guess it depends on the model of bike or whatever, but levels 18-20 is what I use for my entire workout. I warm-up on 18 for a couple minutes then kick it up to 20 for an hour and cool down at 18. Despite my crap heart, I've got pretty good cardio stamina and was running marathons just a few years ago. |
