If they just want to keep their job they might be ok, but they will never be promoted; having a female manager causes a Glass Ceiling to infect all subordinates via a sort of contagion. They'll do everything possible to please their boss, while secretly doing a terrible job, making their boss look bad. Their male boss gets yelled at/told that he sucks by his boss, and his career gets fucked. Meanwhile it's impossible to hold the woman accountable for any of the damage she causes; you basically have to side with her or ignore her. If you butt heads with a "woman" even a little bit, you are labelled a FOOL and Coached. Walk on fuckin' eggshells and collect you're paycheque. Everyone does this and no one notices/cares how stupid it is. |
