First call was from progressive telling me the liability determination was not final yet. Adjuster told me to “hold my horses” because I’ve called her everyday to confirm liability.
I got another call from an attorney saying they associated in on a case and didn’t have our firm info.
I got a call from an attorney confirming my clients will attend a DME on Monday that Kenny will defend.
I got a call from a client asking me to call him about his insurance policy.
I got a call from a client returning Kenny’s call but she didn’t know who to call back.
I got a call back from an insurance adjuster offering 10k more than the prior offer on a case.
I got a call from some doctors telling me to sign some paperwork.
Etc.... |

Give all your clients your cell. They will e-mail you, but just to know they can call you anytime makes a huge difference in their perception of you. |

I defended a depo Wednesday and one today. Kenny had one today and one tomorrow. I’m also defending one tomorrow. We’re busy bro.
Kenny also has to go to San Bernardino on Monday.
My depos on Tuesday and Wednesday just got canceled but I need some time to prepare on another case. Vegas next weekend. TSINAH is flying in to hang with us and CSLG. Going to be 180

It's not like I don't have enough business coming as it is hot as fuck but you gotta make sure the people that want to discuss their problem with you are not just calling around, then you gotta schedule your jobs, complete them on time, underpromise overdeliver, get paid. (if you do all of this you will have no angry clients which is a benefit of self-employment)
No time to spend any money on "international travel".
Oh, and if you ain't hustling business your pipeline will dry up. Look at Manafort. That could happen to anyone on a much smaller level. Gotta keep the deal pipeline saturated. |
