But it doesn't explain why Brooklyn was pretty much spared, and Hudson County has a lower rate than Bergen and Essex despite the PATH subway trains being way more packed than NJ Transit commuter trains, etc
i think it's too early to make sweeping conclusions. the pattern doesn't really align so neatly with any narrative |
