Is Latin a difficult language to learn?

But more importantly, will knowing Latin help me get laid? |

like, I went to read some doric poetry a while ago, and it only took about 15 min to get over the differences.
just silly form changes and things like that.
and some things pertaining to contract forms.

I remember like nothing of it.
All we did was go through the various metres, origins, kinds, variations, and examples.
the final was brutal.
i have no idea how i did it. we had to memorize 5 lines of every kind of metre (to recite) and then the written was worse.
examples of metre and we had to identify the style, period, and anomalies.
for 1 fucking credit

I was really lucky, our Greek professor was really laid back, and as long as you could get the basic idea of passages he would pass you. The previous professor would always fail at least half of her classes. |
