The issue here, and where you will see many of CLSG's detractors go to, is that we see in CLSG an example of the broader rot and sickness in society. Over the last 70 years, we have seen constant boundary pushing of sexual deviancy in our society. How men and women dress, "pride" parades, open discussion of sex toys and "kinks", dancing trannies, etc.

Was there debauchery in the 1950s? Sure. But it was not public. It was not on display. It was not normalized. Now our 6 year old boys are exposed to women dressing in thongs walking down the street. Our girls see men dressed as women in school and are confused about their own sexuality. etc.

The issue with CLSG is the openness and normalization of his sexual sin. Shameless is used to describe him for a reason. There is a reason why that word has a negative connotation.
