He was seriously overweight.
My dad has recently gone plant based whole foods diet and the puonds are melting away. Its crazy he eats as much as he wants but is rapidly losing weight. Meat is a real killer for guys above 60. |

but being in poor health at 65 is such a shitty position. healthy aging is critical. even if you're genetically destined to live naturally to somewhere around 90, that can be a rough ride if the last 25 years are full of compromised mobility, mental instability, or even worse infirmities.
old age is a curse to people in poor health so you'd better flip a fucking switch if there are serious issues at 65. |
