You can buy tests at CVS/Walgreens and see if you pass. Make sure when you take your actual test that it isn’t your first piss of the day. Also the beginning and end of your urine stream has the most “contaminates” in it, so only middle of the stream goes into the cup.
If you’re not a heavy user and in different shape, you should be pissing clean in a week, two max. |
