used to take 10mg EOD, but yeah 2.5 or 5 daily for a good pump is more than enough
I dont think its good to take PDE5 inhibitor long term due to excess NO2 for memory and brain function from some of the studies i saw and i def feel sharper now without it and just citrulline and arg but also not smoking weed
but yeah that 2.5/5er with a pre pipiing 25/50mg sildenafil is almost unfair - couldnt even fit my shit in to a few holds
hearing and eye damage for sildenafil is real though, had to take a ton of NAC to undo some auditory damage ime |

Low dose (2.5 or 5.0 mg) daily tadafil will give you better performance in the gym, better cardio performance, lower blood pressure, better overall circulation, testosterone boost, etc. |
