People are very willing to go to an ATM to get cash to avoid being towed. It saves him time too and he can go right on to the next car and repeat process. He has one of his employees assigned to a single parking lot every day from 4-9. It’s an inner-ring residential area nearby the downtown. People always park in this lot and go somewhere else. His employee nails these guys because there’s tons of restaurants nearby this lot.
The CVS which is the anchor tenant for this lot takes 10% of whatever my buddy gets. Sometimes people who into the CVS first and then try to walk to the restaurants nearby and he still tows the cars. |
