He probably sees how the mainstream conservative judges he appointed last time on the recommendation of the Federalist Society, etc keep ruling against him. He's probably trying to figure out how he can find judges whose loyalty to him personally will survive a lifetime appointment. Tough to do, considering that most federal judges don't want to be regarded as political hacks, and once they have their judgeship, there's not much way to pressure them. |

Trump was elected to perform his office in a particular way, within the constraints of the law. So by all means deport illegal aliens in the manner the law allows. Or have Congress change the laws if you think they are too limiting. But don't act shocked when the courts call you out for a bs interpretation of some statute- that's their job. |
