This case is in Southern District of New York before Judge Francis. The witness I’m cross examining is XYZ (very specific). I anticipate that he will say XYZ.
Every single time there are 2-3 questions I’m like shit I never even thought to go that route.
Then you have a skeleton and just sort of tweak it. It will literally pull things from past cases that this specific judge ruled and tailor your cross. In less than 5 seconds. Unbelievable. |
