Black guy with a ridiculous name (think "Anferney") demands a refund on a bunch of stuff that he claimed to have bought last week. No receipt and very little packaging, so we're basically only able to issue store credit. He did NOT want that and made a scene. There was literally nothing I could do, and I'd be fired if I gave him cash.
Then a greasy black woman who smelled like shit came in and tried to use an obviously stolen credit card. It was declined repeatedly and an alert popped up on my screen. I stopped giving a shit like five years ago and just told her it wouldn't work. Calling the police would be a waste of time, and they wouldn't show up anyway. Bitch kicked the door on her way out.
Why do they act this way?
