they say that once you go bald or start shaving, your face stops aging. (i have lots of bald guys on both sides of my family tree.) try a short hair cut about one month before a vacation or school break, and then the day before the vacation or break, just shave it to the skin. see how it looks.

start propecia asap. you also have the option of saving money by getting proscar and cutting it into quarters. it's the same chemical ingredient -- finasteride.

proscar is available here without prescription http://www.antiaging-systems.com/

try it first. after a year if you aren't happy with the results then start rogaine as well.

these are the only FDA approved hair loss treatments.

if you're not satisfied with their results after 2 years then go with a hair transplant.

also, use nizoral 2% or t/gel shampoo along with propecia. t/gel is the shampoo that was used in the propecia trials. nizoral 2% is available without prescription at canadapharmacy.com

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nizoral

hair loss will be effectively solved once we learn how to clone hair.

So am I dood. But no receding hairline, I'm losing it from my crown. My hairdresser pointed it out, I immediately went online and picked up some Rogaine foam. Apparently the stuff has like a 80% efficacy rate. Not too expensive, like $60 for 4 months worth. They say you're only supposed to use it when you lose hair from your crown, but people have also used it for receding hairlines. I've used it for a couple weeks now. Pretty easy to apply. Won't know if it's working for a couple months or more...

It is not generic. It is the same drug, different brand, used for prostate. Maybe different dosage, I dunno. You can use that, but you will need to get a doctor to write you a prescription. And for that, you'd better have an enlarged prostate.

You take them daily. The cheapest I found is $180 for 3 months. Insurance doesn't cover it. On top of that, you have to get a new prescription every year, so it is another $150 dollars for the office visit.

the reason i'm not going to discuss them is because i know that many guys delay taking the drug out of fear once they read the possible side effects. then most of them end up regretting they didn't start sooner once the hair loss really starts kicking in. like i said, start the drug and see if you get the side effects. if you do and you don't like them you can always stop the drug.

I'm beginning to suffer from the same problem. Started regular Propecia & Rogaine about a month ago. Hard to tell if they're working yet.

Went to inhousepharmacy.com and purchased a 3 mo. supply of "Finpecia" (generic propecia) for $52, which isn't bad at all. Will switch to this once the regular Propecia runs out.

Inhouse Pharm. doesn't require a prescription and they'll email you a tracking # once they've shipped your order so they seem fairly legit as far as foreign pharms. go. I guess they're somehow affiliated with Cipla (sp?) which is some major Indian pharmaceutical co. that doesn't respect other country's patents.

most doctors will give you the prescription for proscar no problem. they know it's cheaper and that you're cutting it up into quarters.

i recommend going to a urologist. they're familiar with proscar and usually deal with older patients so they're accustomed to prescribing it.

but you can get it without prescription at http://www.antiaging-systems.com/

I noticed aggressive hair loss when I was in law school. I did the Propecia + Rogain + Nizoral thing for six months. Within 3 months I noticed that the products stopped my hair loss and even regrew some new hair in previously thin spots.

I still don't know whether my hair loss was genetic or simply stress-related, but I was very pleased with the results of those products.

She's pretty hot, but when I had sex with her, I was decidedly unimpressed with her talent.
