nyuug, wtf is wrong with your bench? If you're able to deadlift 205 (is that max, by the way?) you should be able to bench quite a bit more.
Do pyramid sets. Start at 4 reps, then 6, then 8. Do flat bench and dumbells, stay away from gay cables and flys.

idk my chest has been the weakest link from the beginning.
its not max, i do 3 sets of 8-10 reps. but today was the first time i did 205. first set was 195 for 9 reps. second set was at 205 for 8 reps. third set was at 205 for 7 or 8 reps.
EDIT - i do do flat bench and dumbells...
