We have subsidized Nintendo, and all of the Companies of the Video Game Industry, and others, for many years by buying their Consoles, and Games, and every other form of remuneration. Now, after Decades, it is time for Nintendo to give back - GAMING is at stake! Sony and Microsoft want the living room, and there is not a thing that Nintendo can do about it. They currently have two launch titles, one added recently. Only the United States of America, under CONSUMERS WHO DEMAND RESULTS, can play in this game, and very successfully, at that! Nobody will touch this sacred piece of Hardware, especially since the Entertainment Security of the United States, and the World at large, is at stake. On top of everything else, Sony, Microsoft, Valve, EA, Ubisoft, and Take-Two have ignored the Switch 2 launch, for purposes unknown. This is a very dangerous situation for the Safety, Security, and Survival of our Hobbies. These Companies, who are playing this very dangerous game, have put a level of risk in play that is not tenable or sustainable.

Therefore, it is imperative that, in order to protect Global Gaming and Consumer Security, strong measures be taken so that this potentially perilous situation end quickly, and without question. Starting on February 1st, 2026, all of the above mentioned Companies (Sony, Microsoft, Valve, EA, Ubisoft, and Take-Two), will be charged a 10% Tariff on any and all games, ports, updates, and DLC not released on the Switch 2. On June 1st, 2026, the Tariff will be increased to 25%. This Tariff will be due and payable until such time as a Deal is reached for the Complete and Total delivery of GAMES for the Switch 2. The United States has been trying to do this transaction for over 150 days. Many Gamers have tried, and for good reason, but Nintendo has always said, Soon.

Now, because of Modern Day Hardware, and Online Systems, both Offensive and Defensive, the need to ACQUIRE is especially important. Hundreds of Billions of Hours are currently being spent on Gaming Programs having to do with "Backlog," including for the possible protection of the Steam Deck, and this very brilliant, but highly complex system can only work at its maximum potential and efficiency, because of angles, metes, and bounds, if ACTUAL NEW RELEASES are included in it. The United States of America is immediately open to negotiation with Nintendo and/or any of these Companies that have put so much at risk, despite all that we have done for them, including maximum hype, over so many decades.
