Tweeted some description of how Betty would be staring at her phone 19 hours a day, how work lunches would be people chewing while looking at phones, etc., to the point that in 50 years people will likely marvel at how tolerant we were of this very obvious poison. As we look at Mad Men.
Its an optimistic take (we will overcome this!), and not a very clever one (phones are like cigs!), but it did resonate with me, a dimwitted optimist.
Likely not millennials, and probably not zoomers, but one generation of parents soon will probably say "No, not around my kid!" and lead some teetotaler-type, anti-smoking type crusade and we might finally get severe restrictions on handheld internet devices, which quite obviously are 1000x more toxic than Marlboros
And perhaps like teetotalers, it will probably have to be hysterical and female driven. Which, of course, we are optimizing for, handing power over to birdbrains at a record rate |

I have taken extreme measures to restrict what I can do on m phone and it has done wonders. |
