Tony asked for attorney call immediateley (denied) and declined drunk tests. I got a C- in crim law at CUNY Law so I have zero concept of this stuff. was this the correct move? |

However most states suspend your license if you refuse a sobriety test (it's a condition when you apply for a license to comply so it doesn't violate the fifth hehe!) and have a kne time get out of jail free program for first time offenders. So, as a practical matter, sometimes it's best to roll the dice.
If you're hopelessly wasted and it's not your first DUI then it's definitely TCR. |

Date: July 29th, 2026 1:33 PM Author: UhOh they usually auto-suspend your license for refusing, but if you're tony romo who gives a shit about that? beats giving them evidence against you. for the average guy, you have to figure out how you're going to get to work for the next two months but it's still worth it if you're definitely drunk. you can contest the suspension but you almost always lose, i think you have to show they had no reason to stop you in the first place? it's a common racket in BIGDWILAW, the lawyer will tell you for $1000 we'll try and get the suspension lifted but they know it never happens ljl.
another facet here is that he was pulled over in wisconsin. texas may suspend his license concurrently, idk. but he can go wherever the fuck he wants, so it's really nbd compared to some schlub who lives and works there. |
