How many 250 squats?
I hate putting on 2.5 plates.

Oh, you're talking about a cardio workout.
This is still 120 unless you're morbidly obese or convalescing.
Activities like moving around or walking or getting up from a lower position are basic daily functions that aren't exercise.

I abhor cardio, especially sitting on something for an hour.
Since I enjoy walking in the woods, I use a weighted vest for active recovery/cardio. 20-25% of your bodyweight is a good target for a couple miles.
Tire flipping is also good, but I don't have access to a tire anymore.
Dynamic workouts can also function as cardio with sufficient volume. Breathing squats are great, but keep a bucket nearby.
