I.e. it is 1800sqft with 2bd, 2ba. Seems normal people only use this type of apt as a vacation apt.. a lot of people here who are not year round residents also get yearly property tax increase and pay huge tax to just come here a few weeks per year while they live fulltime in some shithole like NJ or michigan.
