So I would have to leave Miami and only come back to my beachfront condo a few weeks per year on vacation while paying full tax and condo fees, so probably just sell it. And she could at any point "retire" by divorcing me and getting all my assets. If she then moves to EU or Asia she could easily afford a 5bd house and free school.
