Dumb to get a $800k mortgage with my GF?

I’m 32 and she’s 30. I make $250k and she makes about $150k. We got our preapproval. I’m gonna put $100k down.
So the mortgage would be $750k. Are mortgage companies just going to ok this? They seem like they’re fine with it but what if one of us just say fuck it if we break up?
