The jury sits there while the prosecution puts on their case. They go well we have this this and this. They walk the jurors through the evidence beat by beat. They got this, they got that. And then defense counsel has the right to call it into question. They can go ok can you really say for certain duh duh duh.
But at no point does a defense attorney go, DID YOU NOTICE THAT THERE WERE MAROON SHIRTS EVERYWHERE? WHAT ABOUT THE FACT THAT ANYONE COULD HAVE BEEN WEARING CONVERSE SNEAKERS? HIS PRINTS WERE DEGRADED, IT WAS PROBABLY ISRAEL!
I mean lol. Who would hire this bitch if their life was on the line. Even Johnny Cochrane needed Robert Shapiro to lead the case. Candace would be good in an OJ type of trial with a retarded judge and jury lol. She is doing if the glove don't fit you must acquit routine. OJ's DNA was all over the crime scene but in the 90s people were retarded and were just like well how reliable can it be?! |
