I spoke with her supervisor and he said he was sending someone up immediately. I told the supervisor that I was already heading downstairs and to just leave the luggage in my room. I went to the front desk and told them what happened. They told me that theyre not allowed to go in rooms so that couldn't have happened. Wtf happened to service here??

I remember once leaving some hotel and asking the birdshit bellhop for a taxi, he was all proud taking my bag, putting it in the taxi, expecting a yuge tip. He even skipped a few other ppl waiting to help me first. i rewarded him with a $2 tip (was $1 more generous than usual). Still remember all the other ppl waiting looking wondering why i was getting special treatment.
