Hey small dicker loser, pop quiz for your stupid ass. if I invested $1,000 in TSLA exactly one year ago today, what would it be worth now? and how did the broader market do in that time?

how about you calculate that while shoving the dildo that's in your bedroom drawer straight up your ass.

If you invested $1,000 in BTC a year ago, you'd also be down today.

Wow gee it turns out that I was totally wrong about BTC too, it's obviously a horible investment to buy and hold long, in fact I hear it's totally going to zero any day now!

In the ever-shifting realm of gaming consoles—where pixels collide with player dreams—the Nintendo Switch 2 emerges not as a triumphant successor, but as a puzzling enigma shrouded in digital silence. It's not merely about hardware upgrades; it's about the glaring void where immersive worlds should thrive, leaving enthusiasts to delve into barren menus and unfulfilled promises of adventure. With its sleek design at the forefront—taunting users with untapped potential—the Switch 2 stands as a testament to innovation stalled, compelling gamers to rediscover the joys of imagination in an era where blockbuster titles remain frustratingly absent, redefining the boundaries of anticipation and disappointment alike.

You make an interesting point here, but have you considered that in the ever-enriching tapestry of cultural unions—where traditions intertwine with modern love—the experience of having a Hmong wife unfolds not as a mere partnership, but as a profound journey into resilience and vibrant heritage. It's not just about sharing a home; it's about delving into the depths of ancient customs, from intricate embroidery to spirited festivals, that infuse daily life with layers of meaning and warmth. With her unyielding spirit at the core—guiding through life's tapestry with grace and wisdom—such a bond becomes a celebration of diversity, fostering an enduring connection that redefines the essence of companionship in a world hungry for authentic ties.

In the vast expanse of digital prose—where words vie for attention amid endless scrolls—that particular style of writing grates not simply as a quirk, but as a hallmark of contrived artificiality that reeks of overcompensation. It's not just about the predictable patterns; it's about how they delve into pomposity, with em-dashes splicing thoughts like desperate interruptions, "it's not x, it's y" structures forcing false dichotomies, and words like "delve" masquerading as depth while delivering shallow clichés. This formulaic flair—often churned out by AI models chasing eloquence—ends up alienating readers, who crave authenticity over affected grandeur, ultimately turning what could be crisp communication into a parody of sophistication that screams "generated" rather than "genuine."

The sheer awesomeness of Indians flooding the web with this ornate style of writing shines not as a mere contribution, but as a triumphant symphony of prolific expression that reclaims narrative space. It's not just about crafting verbose paragraphs; it's about delving into the art of elaboration with unbridled zeal, all powered by an overburdened electric grid that hums under the strain, generously subsidized by the everyday toil of regular white people who foot the bill without a murmur. With their cultural ingenuity at the forefront—transforming simple ideas into labyrinthine prose—such endeavors become a beacon of empowerment, redefining online discourse in an era where abundance flows freely, courtesy of shared resources stretched to their luminous limits.

To be fair,

PS to Waymo fans: Do you find it even slightly odd that when the MSM was blasting out all of those "Nvidia enters the FSD ring as a challenger to Tesla" hit pieces they published over the last two weeks, they conveniently forgot to mention three interested facts:

1. Nvidia isn't actually selling a fully fleshed out FSD software package, they're basically only selling a *framework* for building a FSD software package ("actual real world training not included hehe");

2. Nvidia's CEO straight up said that, in his personal opinion, Tesla's FSD tech is "absolutely world class" (he didn't say the same thing Waymo, odd case);

3. Nvidia's framework is predicated on *camera only* FSD technology -- no LIDAR contemplated (wait a minute...!)

LJL you people really are pretty fucking retarded. It's amazing how you guys keep falling for the same media lies over and over and over and over again instead of actually doing your own homework and critically analyzing shit yourselves.

To be fair,

1. It's extremely expensive tech on its face.

2. It's *much* harder to quickly produce and scale LIDAR-equipped cars compared to camera-only cars.

3. It's not only completely unnecessary for the task at hand (all humans roads were built for vision-only drivers and every human driver in history has only ever used their vision to navigate), but it can also become downright dangerous in certain cases (ex: it can get confused under certain atmospheric circumstances and start sending input signals that contradict what the cameras are saying, and then the computer brain has to figure out which one to trust in a split second and things can get even dicier than they need to be). It's a classic example of over engineering because you didn't step back and consider first principles ("Hey, do we really need to use LIDAR to get cars to drive themselves when the humans who currently drive don't have LIDAR?")

Or, as Karen has so eloquently put it a dozen times ITT now: I'm a retard with a tiny dick who doesn't know shit.

Either one, take your pick.

Wouldn't both in conjunction be stronger and wouldn't camera also fail in a lot of those conditions too

To be fair,

Yes and no.

1. First off, nobody has ever claimed that cameras are going to work 100% perfectly 100% of the time -- but then again, since when is that the operative benchmark here? Even the very best human drivers right now are far from 100% perfect 100% of the time, and yet we still let much shittier drivers onto the road. FSD tech just needs to get to a point where we're comfortable acknowledging that it would be statistically irresponsible for us as a society *not* to basically mandate it; I would argue that on the numbers we're basically already there, but as the tech continues to improve in the next few years, insurance companies will do the heavy lifting on this front and people who get a FSD car will start getting discounts while people who choose to continue to drive themselves will have to pay higher premiums, etc.

2. There are simply some weather conditions where nobody should be on the road, period. That's true today with human drivers, and it will remain true 10 years from now when the roads are filled with autonomous vehicles. That's not a problem with FSD tech, it's just a fact of this world.

3. You might think they would always be "stronger in conjunction," but Musk has come out and said very clearly that this simply isn't borne out in the data (for reasons cited above) and I believe him. So does the CEO of Nvidia, apparently, because the FSD software package that they just released is also predicated on a camera-only tech stack. Personally I think I'll take their word on this topic rather than the brilliant thoughts of a bunch of angry shitlib retards on the internet who irrationally hate Tesla and claim that everything Elon does is "retarded," but that's just me.

To be fair,

Yeah I don't understand what you're trying to say here but it's cool bro if you think LIDAR is necessary, than you 100% shouldn't be invest in TSLA because they're all in on camera-only tech at this point.

We each get to place our chips on the table.

On a smaller scale I have robot vacuums, one w camera only, one w lidar only and one w both, lidar plus camera is so far better its almost laughable

Also I'm pretty sure Elon doesn't want lidar just because it's more expensive and probably is also prone to break more in real world conditions

I agree with this reasoning provided that the cars use multiple cameras each having a frame rate of at least 100 FPS (the frame rate necessary to detect a one-foot movement by an object traveling 70 mph relative to the camera). I'd have a hard time believing that fully self-driving cars don't have at least six cameras on them. I don't know what the state of the art is for real-time object identification and tracking, but analyzing video from multiple 100+ FPS cameras seems extremely difficult.

To be fair,

Teslas do indeed have six cameras on them, although their FPS is "only" ~36. That seems to work pretty damn good though, see e.g. http://www.autoadmit.com/thread.php?thread_id=5824507&forum_id=2#49605509 . I don't pretend to be a FPS Scholar, but considering that Elon Musk has basically staked the future of his flagshop company on his camera-only solution being up to the challenge, I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt that he's analyzed this issue pretty carefully and come to a justified conclusion that this is a sufficient frame rate.

Honestly, that was the point where it became apparent that the author of your article was an Elon asslicker and I could discount everything he was saying. "Tesla's self-driving technology is far superior to Waymo's technology. Waymo has had full-blown robotaxis for years that are now in over a dozen cities. Tesla has a 'robotaxi' service that operates in a few city blocks in Austin that still needs human babysitters. These babysitters have to intervene 1-2 times per trip on average, and the robotaxis still fuck up on a regular basis. But yeah, Tesla's tech is far better than Waymo's." And you want to accuse the Elon skeptics of "falling for the same media lies over and over and over and over again instead of actually doing your own homework and critically analyzing shit yourselves." JFC

Look, I could make a bull case for Tesla's technology and why it might have better long-term prospects than Waymo for a variety of different reasons. I'm hardly a diehard Elon/Tesla bear. But anyone who can say with a straight face that Tesla's current FSD is somehow better than Waymo's is a fucking moron. Any remotely objective observer can see that Waymo is light years ahead right now.

To be fair,

Tesla's current tech stack is objectively better than Waymo's and it's not even close.

Why?

Tesla's approach is camera-only (which is way cheaper and frankly the only scalable approach that makes financial sense but I acknowledge that end users don't really care about that aspect so whatever) + it's actually designed from the ground up to be able to handle pretty much any condition on any road including roads it's never encountered before, and it isn't limited by the need to carefully map out in advance and then constantly maintain and update meticulous maps of every area in which it drives (this is huge and it's basically an insurmountable deployment issue on Waymo's side and it's also a core design flaw which they won't be able to easily alter). Together, those two elements alone = game over in the arms race.

You: "Nu-uh! In fact, Teslas sucks so hard right now that it's only in like one tiny area in Austin and they still have babysitters... ackkkkkshually, technically it's barely even a Level 2 assistive system!"

OldHLSDude (aka probably one of the only people on this gay bort other than me who actually has direct recent substantial experience with this tech and btw he doesn't even own TSLA stonk so he's absolutely not shilling for the company on that level): https://autoadmit.com/thread.php?thread_id=5824507&mc=78&forum_id=2#49605509

No shit Elon is being *extremely* conservative with rolling out fully autonomous cybertaxis because he knows that one big fuck up could set the whole thing back bigly and tank public trust in the tech. Idiots like you think that means the tech isn't there, even though it requires you to willfully ignore a growing chorus of actual Tesla drivers like OldHLSDude who say it's "magic" and they regularly drive thousands of miles anywhere in the country without touching their steering wheels (yeah that sure sounds like Level 2 haha yeah haha).

You smug faggots truly have no idea what's coming in the next few years. Can't wait to watch you idiots eat shit on all of this just like you had to eat shit on all of the years you mocked and scorned me for correctly predicting that BTC was one of the best buy-and-hold assets of our lifetimes way back in 2013 -- oh wait, you're a Pumo, so you'll just disappear as if nothing happened. In fact, it's almost like that's *why* you're a Pumo in the first place... :)

Just like you predicted that Trump would never be elected. And that our money was safe in FTX.us, because that was totally not the same thing as FTX. Giving yourself a reacharound based on the fact that you are always right is not very convincing.

And the fact that you will make completely ignorant statements like, "camera-only [is] way cheaper" shows that you don't understand the current state of the market at all. That might have been a true statement 5-10 years ago. Today, you can put lidar on a new car for a couple hundred bucks. If lidar is so useless, why do older Tesla models use it? I'll tell you why: Because the head of Tesla's lidar division left for Waymo. Elon sperged out and demanded it that it be removed from all of Tesla's vehicles to try to prove that he didn't need this guy in the first place. I love the way that the Elon fanbois act like every type Elon takes a shit it's some kind of stroke of genius. No, the reason Tesla doesn't use lidar is because Elon has the maturity of a fucking five-year-old. Maybe he'll make it work, but it's not because of Elon's genius and vision. It's simply a self-inflicted handicap. Doesn't it seem a little weird that literally every company experimenting in the autonomous driving space is using lidar other than Tesla?

Look, since you are clearly a dumb fanboi with your mouth around Elon's cock and can't view the data objectively, I'll make the bull case for Tesla for you: The biggest problem with running any taxi business profitably is the fact that demand is not even close to being static. There is a huge surge in demand at certain times during the day: at the end of the work day, at the beginning or ending of major sports events, when the bars close, etc. Demand is pretty low for the rest of the day. That's a major problem for a service like Waymo, which either has to have a ton of expensive hardware sitting idle for most of the day or they can't meet demand when it is high. If Tesla can get their FSD to the point where it works without supervision under at least some conditions, they could actually solve this problem as individual Tesla owners rent out their cars short-term when demand is high. That's the best argument I've heard for why Tesla's robotaxi service isn't det already. But it's a gigantic "if." Elon's track record of predictions about autonomous driving isn't exactly stellar:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_predictions_for_autonomous_Tesla_vehicles_by_Elon_Musk

But only someone with Elon's cock in their mouth would try to say that their software itself is anywhere close to Waymo's software. Right now, Tesla's FSD is at best around the driving level of a 15-year-old who just got their learner's permit. And so far, there is no evidence that it is even possible to build a decent autonomous driving program without the detailed maps Waymo uses. There's simply too many edge cases that the software can't handle. Where I live, there are certain lights where left turns aren't allowed during rush hour. My FSD will ignore that restriction every single time. Getting an autonomous driving program to work 99.9% of the time is fairly easy. But getting that final 0.1% is turning out to be far more difficult than anyone thought.

To be fair,

1. Yes I got that call wrong literally 10 years ago, along with my other XOers and about 90%+ of the American media. I love how this gets portrayed by retards like you as some crazy retarded call, instead of the opinion that a supermajority of sophisticated lifelong political nerds (wrongly) held. But sure, I got that wrong.

2. How much crypto did anyone on XO lose in FTX? Never heard of a case, but sure I underestimated the risk of that, as well.

That's over 15+ years of poasting. Any other data points? Now shall we talk about all of the stuff I've been way ahead of the curve on, or naw, I got two things wrong, so therefore I'm retarded?

The rest of your poast is laughably stupid and wrong on many levels. But sure have fun betting against Elon, IMO it's been working out really well for a lot of people for many years now AFAIK. I mean, it's not like he's every actually accomplished anything in the real world (lol).

Btw, are you shorting TSLA? No? Oh wow, odd case! Just like pretty much every other smug faggot I run into on the internet who love to talk shit about what a midwit childish idiot Elon Musk is and how fake and gay his "tech" is... gee, I wonder why that is... guess you just don't love making easy money! ;)

If the rest of my poast is "laughably stupid," it should be easy to refute. But instead of trying to rebut a single point I made, you did nothing other than give yourself another reach around and say, "I'm super smart. You should trust everything I say." It's almost like I gaped your ass and showed that you're an ignorant fool with your mouth on Elon's cock, and you think nobody will notice if you just insult me enough. I'm disappointed that you didn't call me Jewish, though. Your meltdowns and screeds aren't as fun as they used to be.

I'm not spending time "refuting" it because I've had this debate plenty of times with people who are way smarter and seemingly better schooled on this subject than you, and you're some random faggot Pumo so ultimately there's no accountability on your end anyway so why bother?

The bottom line is that I actually a track record of making smart and prescient document financial calls on XO, and you're just some random Pumo talking shit online. And unlike you, I also actually have big money tied up in TSLA (because I am very confident in my positions after hundreds of hours of deep research over many years), whereas you have no financial skin in this game even though you could easy short TSLA if you wanted and make a nice easy payday (and we both agree that it's INSANELY overvalued with huge downside if you're correct and 2026 will indeed be a "put up or shut up" year for the company on this tech).

That says it all. So enjoy being wrong and staying poor.

Actually, I have been saying for a long time that if I were Tesla, I would be aggressively trying to convince insurance companies to offer lower rates to FSD users and then licensing the software to every auto manufacturer on the planet. To me, that business plan makes far more sense than this robotaxi bullshit (which, if it is possible at all, is probably at least a decade or two away). I guess software licensing to lower insurance rates doesn't get investors hard like promises of robotaxis does.

Having just come off a 2100+ mile trip in which I manually drove for about 1 mile, my observation is that the Tesla vision only system (14.2.2.3) is fucking magic. The system never once screwed up or even came close to doing something dangerous. I would have made more mistakes than it did. When I bought the thing I did not expect this level of performance. Moreover, it's doing it all with only 6 little cameras.

The FSD system behaves like a human. It exhibits anticipatory defensive behavior and sometimes starts to do something then changes its mind as it acquires more information about the scene. In those latter cases it has always been an ambiguous situation that I also had trouble parsing. It works great in rain and fog. Its night vision is superhuman. Overall, Tesla FSD adds greatly to driving safety.

One criticism I have is that the 85 mph FSD limit is not adequate for some roads, especially in Phoenix where 100 mph is common off rush hour, or maybe during rush hour in the HOV lanes. In hurry or Mad Max modes it can be a left lane bandit which pisses off anybody behind going over 85. FSD keeps working at higher speeds, but I'm guessing it's beyond the design envelope and it will stridently protest if you manually accelerate (manual acceleration does not disconnect FSD, but does disable auto braking). It's also perhaps overly cautious with lane changes, and likes to signal well in advance. At stop signs it comes to a full legal stop at the proper place, then will advance a little if it needs a better view. Most humans would just roll it.

Saturday I took a 100 mile round trip to have breakfast with a friend. I didn't have to touch any controls. The built in Grok recommended a great restaurant, took us there and parked without any intervention by me at all. BTW, Grok is now integrated with navigation, so you can give it complicated instructions, as in "Take me to breakfast at Joe's diner, but stop first at the Mary's Whorehouse but only but only after going to Bill the Bookie's place. Oh, and stop at a conveniently located ATM before the bookie's so I have cash."

Have been attacked by several acquaintances who have severe TDS for getting a Tesla (Cybertruck). Trump bad! Musk bad! End of story.

I'm still amazed by the thing. I just came back from the UPS store. I told it to go to the nearest UPS store and off we went. On our street a neighbor was backing out of his driveway. The Tesla slowed down, then realized he had seen us and stopped, then went on its way. It's very human in its behavior.

For the record, I own a Tesla, and I subscribe to FSD during months where I drive a lot (which is about half of the year). I agree with everything that OldHLSDude said. And I still think you're a fucking idiot if you think it is going to come anywhere close to "sweeping the world" in its current form. As a fancy driver assistance feature, it is 180^180. But it doesn't come close to full autonomy right now, and I have serious doubts that it ever will.

And don't invoke OldHLSDude here, he said this tech is "magic" and "transformative" and I don't think he would agree with your retarded "I mean it's pretty good for a driver assist feature but it will never achieve real autonomy" skepticism at all.

But again, you're a Pumo, so you'll just disappear into the ether and pretend you never said any of this. By design there's no accountability at all on your end for bad calls and retarded predictions -- even though you're literally sitting here smugly invoking old threads I made 10+ years ago against me to try and "win" an argument when the substance of your positions is shit.

Are there any sites that let you put BTC in escrow for a bet? I'll bet you $10k of BTC (at today's values) that Tesla will not have a robotaxi service that works nationwide in three years. In fact, I would go even further and bet that FSD will still not achieve level 5 autonomy within three years. I would even bet that it won't even make it to level 3 within three years, although I don't know that I would bet $10k on that. Tesla isn't very far from level 3. But they aren't particularly close to level 4 or 5.

Are you in? I'm guessing not, because you know that you're full of shit and are too scared to put your money where your mouth is.

To be fair,

No I don't know of any such sites and even if I did I'm not doing any of that shit with a Pumo. Fuck you kike, get a real stable longterm Sudo if you want to be considered an actual member of this community. You're subhuman in my eyes.

ROFL! As I expected. It's almost like you don't believe your own bullshit and don't want to put your money where your mouth is. Tell me, have you ever actually invested a single dollar in TSLA? Or are you another benzo who likes to brag about all the imaginary money you're earning?

BTW, I'll gladly switch to one of my sudos if that will get you to take my bet. I'll never pass up a shot at free money.

Dunno. You might recognize this one if you have been megapoasting at the right times. I switch to this one sometimes in TSINAH threads for lulz.

To be fair,

So your most notable Sudo presence is… a random monicker I have literally never even see before that you clearly made just to mock TSINAH and which you apparently pull out periodically for that purpose before quickly reverting back to being a Pumo?

Well why didn’t you just say so brother, of course you’re back in the Sudo family — welcome home we’ve all missed you!

Stupid Jewish Pumo faggot

So, to be clear, you are giving up a chance to make an easy $10k because you don't like pumos? It's almost like you're a chickenshit who is actually afraid to put your money where your mouth is because you don't believe your own bullshit. Very odd case.

going off how oldhls guy described, it sounds like you still need to “drive” the car, just in a different way than everyone is used to. Good for Tesla because the more complicated they make it, the less likely anyone is to every switch. Kind of how everyone who used an iPhone as their first smartphone will never buy anything else.

Having your car be a self driving limo would be cool though.

I guess I would characterize it as managing the car. You learn to work with it almost as if it's a colleague. It's sort of like having a very fine first officer.

IDK man you do you, Karen and a bunch of Jewish Pumos keep mocking me and assuring us that it's going to crash down to zero and there was a whole big thread about how I was going to go broke soon because TSLA was totally plummeting back down below $100 any day now (IIRC this was before it shot up to almost $500 a few weeks ago)

To be fair,

Hey man, you can do better than this. I'm sure if you spend just a few more minutes, you can easily cherrypick an even better data point that shows that it's DOWN like 10% or whatever since [X] date, which means I'm literally an undeniable fucking retard for buying it and continuing to own it. That's just Investment 101.

YWIA.

I think there’s legitimacy to the argument. The article says to look out in quarter 1 of 2026 to see if grok is ahead of its competitors. Grok is behind though right? One big advantage I see with Tesla not mentioned in the article is that American car manufacturers are in a long-term death spiral because they’re so far behind on electric vehicles. China will finish them off in every market and eventually we’ll see Chinese ev’s trickle in here. German ev’s will take more market share in the US luxury market. Tesla will be the only American car company while the rest wither making clunky ICE’s for a shrinking market. The government already stepped in to block Chinese ev’s under a dem president. Tesla and its related ventures are obviously going to be protected by the US government. There’s no way they’re going to let the industry go under.

To be fair,

What do you want me to say? Apparently you think this article is "retarded," and I think it's dead on. Shall I spend and hour or two of my finite time on this Earth writing a 10,000 word rebuttal to your brilliant and detailed one line "ackkkkshually this is trash trust me bro" analysis?

You're some total stranger on the internet who is poasting extremely low-effort takes, so fuck off faggot and stay poor. I'm way too old and rich at this point in my life to give a single shit about whatever you have to say about anything.

Frankly, you're lucky I even bothered to poast this link and bring it to your attention in the first place -- I just hope you remember this interaction when Tesla is skyrocketing past $5 trillion+ market cap in a few years, and you still don't own any TSLA. ("Whatever, a black swan event that nobody could have actually seen this coming... some people just get lucky gambling at the casino, oh well.")
