Was on a walk in the park after visiting my grandma and came across this:

A young boy had been saving his allowance for months, and finally, the day came — he walked out of Best Buy with a shiny new Nintendo Switch 2 in his hands. The plastic wrap still crinkled as he admired the box, imagining all the adventures waiting for him. Cutting through the park on his way home, he felt light, almost floating. The late afternoon sun scattered gold across the pavement, and birds chirped lazily from the trees.
Then he noticed him — a man sitting on a nearby bench, mid-forties maybe, with greasy hair and a faded shirt that said "Sidewalk Film Festival". The guy wasn’t moving, just staring. Not at the boy, but at the box in his hands — fixated, unblinking, like a stray dog watching food. It was obvious he was unemployed, making $0,000K per annum, unable to afford the latest hot gaming console. The young boy's stomach tightened. Instinct buzzed louder than reason. Without missing a beat, he slipped the console out of its packaging, shoved it into his backpack, and, in one smooth motion, tossed the empty box nearby. The man’s eyes flicked toward the fluttering cardboard, and that was all the opening the kid needed.
He ran. Sneakers slapping the pavement, heart hammering like the drums in his favorite game soundtrack. He didn’t look back until he reached the corner of his street, breath sharp in his chest. The box, the park, and the creepy stranger were all behind him now — and the Nintendo Switch 2 console was safe and sound in his bag like a secret treasure.
As for the middle aged man who was tricked, some say he is still raging against the Nintendo Switch 2 on various online forums to this day.
