JEE India, or the Joint Entrance Examination, is a two-tier national-level entrance exam for undergraduate engineering admissions in India, consisting of JEE Main and JEE Advanced. JEE Main, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), is the first step for admission to NITs, IIITs, CFTIs, and other participating institutions. The JEE Advanced is conducted by one of the IITs for candidates who qualify from JEE Main and is the final exam for admission to the prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). |
