so he comes and does the garage (does a shitty job, but that's besides the point). and then goes to the pool and says he cant get the black mold off. i say are you using bleach. he said he's using dawn pressure washing solution. i'm like, you need bleach, dude. everyone knows that's how you kill mold.

i said can you go get some bleach and then come back and do it another day. he was just dumb and low energy and it seemed like he couldnt be bothered. so he's like "you can just pay me the $75 for the garage" and i'm like no, i want the pool done too. and he's like "ok i cant come back today but i can come back some other time but give me $75 now for the garage."

i didn't believe that he was going to come back and even if i did, he's not entitled to a partial payment. i told him no, i'm not giving you a partial payment and i didn't agree to give you $75 for the garage, i agreed to give you $125 for the two jobs together and now i'm never gonna find someone for $50 to come out and just do the pool coping, all you guys have minimums, you're putting me in a worse position.

and he's like "i'll just call the sheriff then." and starts putting his pressure washer away and is on the phone with dispatch going through the minutiae of our contract dispute as he's walking away, and then he gets in his truck and backs up and parks at the next house and waits for 20 minutes. and then he leaves.
