There's no reason for her to make a government deal when she can walk away with no jail & no civil liability due to missing discovery/evidence documents. |

2) no, an appellate court would not vacate a conviction unless there is some argument the missing evidence was unreliable and even then its a stretch. vacating convictions are very rare.
3) it would take multiple judges. the fact you dont know that the federal appellate court sits on panels (and that her conviction has already been unsuccessfully appellated) makes me think you don't know wtf you're talk about. |
