Like, you "can" start things with just a handshake if you trust people. But a business has to take on some formalization fairly quickly because taxes gotta get paid.
You're not getting any K-1s for over a decade? You have no documentation of your shares in a corporation? But you think you've got significant equity in a $50M business because you arranged a few meetings? |
