What's the protocol for kicking a guy out of your friend group?

Kick them both out using the rule -- no hard feelings because the rule was applied neutrally so neither can complain. Not even "Gregs" were singled out, just duplicate names. Double G was a great name for the second greg, and sounded like a rapper name or British podcast guy name, so everyone was happy with it. Hope this helps.
