Rate what I ate and drank today (Candy Ride)

Date: August 10th, 2025 6:41 PM Author: Candy Ride For breakfast, I made chorizo tacos (pork chorizo and scrambled eggs with cheese melted over a tortilla. I had 3.5 of those and had black coffee and a few sets of Sunny D and whole milk.
Lunch: a bowl of cottage cheese with a little salt and pepper washed down by grape Kool Aid.
Dinner: haven't eaten yet but I did make a mixed drink. Dinner will be this sandwich my wife makes that is basically a Mississippi pot roast in a big baked sandwich. |

marinate the pork in the liquids then cook the onions then add the pork and cook.

Date: August 10th, 2025 10:38 PM Author: Drunkard I keep it at a dull roar. GFNLHMA and I go out once a week and have some drinks. Hurts my diet with the extra calories, but it’s one night a week. I have concluded that NA beer, while a pleasant experience, is wasted calories and I can’t find any place that stocks athletic lite (25 calories) so I have largely stopped drinking it, although if I am out without GFNLHMA, I will have one or two.
Sobriety is great, and I am not one of those people for whom one is too many, and it’s nice to go out and have a good time on occasion so that’s what’s happening. |
